Tuna Caper Pasta

Cook pasta, reserve some pasta water
Drain jar of TONNINO YELLOWFIN TUNA in Olive Oil, set tuna aside
Sauté garlic in olive oil from jar with crushed red pepper and slightly toast breadcrumbs or panko
Sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant, then add in capers, fresh herbs, season to taste
Add in reserved pasta water and pasta to your sauté and let simmer until pasta is coated; toss pasta with tuna, top with fresh herbs and a generous sprinkle of breadcrumbs mixture
