Tuna Bibimbap

Build spicy sauce: Sriracha, splash of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, hint of sesame oil; mix then refrigerate 

Cook rice, then crisp in sauté pan

Fry an egg

Sauté onion, set aside

Place crispy rice in the bottom of a bowl, add shredded carrots, sliced radish, sliced cucumber, sliced scallions, bean sprouts

Top with drained TONNINO ALBACORE TUNA FILLETS in Spring Water, fried egg, drizzle with remaining spicy sauce; garnish with sesame seeds
